Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Monarchouse WMS web application provided by Monarchouse Corporation (“Monarchouse”). The application is available only to clients that have a logistics services agreement with Monarchouse. If these terms conflict with a client’s services agreement, the services agreement controls.

1. The service

Monarchouse WMS shows clients their returns as received, inspected, photographed, and processed; lets them approve dispositions (restock, refurbish, dispose, and others); and optionally lets them connect their Amazon seller account so we can retrieve their FBA Customer Returns and Removal Order reports.

2. Accounts

Clients are responsible for keeping their credentials secure and for limiting access to authorized staff. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Amazon connection

Connecting an Amazon account is optional and happens only through Amazon’s own authorization page. By connecting, the client authorizes Monarchouse to retrieve that client’s FBA returns and removal reports. The client may revoke the connection at any time. Monarchouse complies with the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement and Amazon’s data protection policies.

4. Disposition decisions

Units are processed according to the disposition the client approves in the portal or the rules agreed in advance (including auto-approval windows). Processing cannot be reversed once performed. Fees follow the rate card in the services agreement.

5. Limitation of liability

The application is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, Monarchouse is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the application. Liability for the logistics services themselves is governed by the services agreement.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes are subject to the courts of Orange County, California.
